Kim Kardashian Offered $250,000 For Pregnancy Website!
Kim Kardashian has been made a big bucks offer to document the remaining months of her pregnancy, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
David Dginguerian, who produced the movie Crossroad, wants to launch a membership-only website called MyPregnancy.com. Kim, who is of Armenian descent, is pregnant by boyfriend Kanye West and due in late June.
In a pitch letter to Kim obtained by Radar, Dginguerian suggests such a site could "generate $100,000 a month," with the money going to the "Christian Charity" of Kim's choice.

More importantly, he's offering the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who is still married to Kris Humphries $250,000 as a "signing bonus."

The reality bombshell's brother Rob dished the details to E! News revealing Kanye and Kim, 32, will join her family for the holidays in Los Angeles.

Christmas is a huge deal for the Kardashians, who just recently released their annual holiday card as RadarOnline.com previously reported.
"My mom has a really big Christmas party every year on Christmas Eve," Rob said about Kris Jenner's festivities.

"We all sleep over at the house, and on Christmas morning we wake up at like 6 a.m. and do presents."

In addition to Kim and Kanye, Rob said Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, will join in on the festivities.

As RadarOnline reported, Kim is making her big screen debut in Tyler Perry’s Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.

The couple put on their happy faces and hit up a Los Angeles Christmas tree lot Monday where they goofed around with each other, flaunting their relationship for the photographers.
"We are getting along pretty well, it's the holidays," the matriarch of the Kardashian family insists on camera, as she and Bruce shop for a tree just one week before Christmas.

Looking like they don't have a care in the world, Bruce, 63, even tried to pick up and carry Kris, 57, at one point, though he only managed to take her a few feet.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kris is determined to maintain the façade of a happy union to make money and maintain the Kardashian brand.

"Kris and Bruce are all but over," a source previously told Radar. "They have grown apart and their relationship is all about business these days rather than love or romance.
"They've built a brand together though, and that's very profitable for both of them, not to mention the amount of valuable assets and business ventures they have together."

According to the source, the Jenners are not willing to publicly throw in the towel on their marriage just yet, and when they are, it's likely Kris will want to fully control how it happens.
"There's no way Kris is going to go through with a divorce right now, despite the problems they are having," the source says. "She's determined to keep up the façade of a happy marriage at all costs. Showbiz and her career come way before any chance of divorce."

All three sisters are in the shot, as well as Bruce, Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner; Scott, Mason and Penelope Disick; Lamar Odom; and Kim's late kitten Mercy. Notably absent from the photo is Kim's beau Kanye West.

The shots were taken by Nick Saglimbeni, who said the clan "had such a fun time shooting this!"
Kendall, Lamar and Khloe did not make the initial photoshoot, but were added in later via Photoshop technology.

Khloe told Ellen DeGeneres the holidays are one of the family's most treasured times of the year.
"Every Christmas, we're always together. Step-brothers, sisters, everything. All 10 kids, and then everyone's girlfriend, boyfriend, this, that," she said. "The older we get, the more we stick together…the babies are getting older and loving the holidays more and more.

"His personal life is overpowering his music," an industry source dished to the New York Daily News. "Every time he plays, people are wondering if Kim is going to be there. It's not a good thing for him, especially if he wants to be taken seriously."

The source tells the paper that West never wanted to be a part of Kim's reality star world, but that she pressures him into it.
"He made it clear to her he doesn't want to be on her show, but Kim gets upset so he caves in," the source claimed.

Kanye, who is used to nabbing huge paychecks on his own for party appearances, reportedly recently received offers to host New Year's Eve bashes – but only if Kim was with him!
"Kanye was actually offended by the offers," the source tells The NY Daily News, and claims West turned all the offers down.

Meanwhile, one ticket broker tells the newspaper that West's upcoming show in Atlantic City is "not close to being sold out," and another source reveals that "Literally half the audience got up to go to the bathroom and it was the talk of the men's room," when West donned a kilt during his performance at the December 12 Hurricane Sandy Benefit Concert in New York.
"He has been meeting with top-level music executives seeking advice," the source tells the paper. "He's not happy with the direction things have been going."

They are reported to be heading for divorce, with news of the impending split dividing their family, but a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Kris and Bruce Jenner's marriage has been all but over for a long time.
The reality TV couple continue to put on a brave face for the cameras but the source says the husband and wife duo are living separate lives and that their marriage has become "all about business" rather than love.

"The romance went out of their marriage years ago," the insider tells Radar. "Their relationship is now all about business."
In fact, the source says that if it wasn't for all their joint ventures, including multi-million dollar properties and the wildly successful Keeping Up With The Kardashians show, the pair -- who have been married for 21 years -- would have split up a long time ago.

"They have become a brand and both fear that they will lose their fame if they separate," says the source. "They are staying together now pretty much just for career purposes."
As previously reported, according to the new issue of Star magazine, Bruce is currently in the process of moving himself and their two youngest daughters, Kylie, 15 and Kendall, 17 out of the family home in Calabasas, CA.
